Naavika Adventures operates guided boat tours, water activities and beach treks from Belekhan Beach Road, Moodangi, Tadri, Gokarna, Karnataka. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Naavika Adventures, and “you” refers to the person making the booking and every guest in their group.
02Bookings & confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. Submitting the website form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
- The person making the booking is responsible for making sure every guest in the group has read and accepts these terms.
- Please share accurate details, including the number of guests and any children or guests with medical conditions.
03Prices & payment
- Prices are shown per person in Indian Rupees (₹): Standard ₹499, Premium ₹699 and Beach Trekking ₹350 (minimum group of 5).
- Prices may change for peak dates, special requests or private trips. The price confirmed to you at the time of booking will apply.
- Payment terms (such as advance or payment on arrival) will be confirmed to you when you book.
04Safety rules
- Life jackets must be worn at all times on the boat and during water activities.
- Always follow the instructions of our crew. The crew may stop an activity or refuse participation to any guest if they believe it is unsafe.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to board or take part in activities.
- Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and trekking involve physical activity. Please tell us before the trip about any medical condition, pregnancy, injury or inability to swim.
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
05Weather, sea conditions & changes
Trips depend on weather, sea and tide conditions and on instructions from local authorities. We may change the route, shorten, reschedule or cancel a trip when needed for safety. In such cases, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
Places listed in our itineraries are visited where conditions allow. Wildlife sightings, including dolphins, are never guaranteed.
06Personal belongings
Please take care of your phones, cameras, jewellery and other valuables. We recommend a waterproof pouch. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
07Behaviour & environment
- Please respect other guests, our crew, local communities and the marine environment.
- Do not litter, disturb wildlife, or remove shells, coral or marine life.
- We may refuse service, without refund, to anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or disrupts the trip.
08Photos & videos
We may photograph or film trips and use this content on our website and social media. If you do not want to appear, please tell our crew or contact us, and we will do our best to exclude or remove content featuring you.
09Assumption of risk & liability
Outdoor and water-based activities carry natural risks. By taking part, you accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a guest's failure to follow instructions, from undisclosed medical conditions, or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10Website use
The content of this website, including text, photos, videos, logo and design, belongs to Naavika Adventures or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but details such as routes, timings and prices may change.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka.
